Was looking for a new eye doctor as I was going to a chain and wanted someone local. Seen this new business opened up close to my work so I made an appointment. When I arrived, I'm glad I knew to go to the back of the building, being there were no signs saying. That little detail was the worst part of my experience. Everything else was wonderful. Ashlyn ( I may have misspelled that) the assistant was super nice and helped me through the new patient process and got all my initial tests done. I was then passed to Dr. Dungan. She was very friendly and thorough. She even informed me of some info that my previous Dr may have missed. I got fitted for both contacts and glasses. Excellent experience all around. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and I was able to fill out the paperwork online before I came. I was seen promptly upon arrival (pro tip: the entrance is at the back of the building), and the doctor was right on schedule. Very refreshing after the long waits at some of the larger offices in town. Dr. Dungan is wonderful! Glasses came back within two weeks and they texted me when they were ready. There was almost no wait when I stopped in to pick them up. Happy to support a local, independent eye doctor!
